LabelMyTrip ("we," "us," "the Service") is a pay-per-trip web service. For each trip, you upload your travel documents (such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, and identification), and we use artificial intelligence to generate three deliverables: a luggage labels PDF, a trip summary PDF, and an AI Trip Info Review that flags possible name or date mismatches and other issues.

LabelMyTrip does not require a persistent account. Each payment covers one trip, accessed through a unique link.

Before uploading any files, you must verify your email address using a 6-digit code we send you. Only after verification can you begin uploading documents for a trip.

Once your trip is paid for, we email you a unique magic link giving access to your deliverables. This link remains valid until 30 days after the last date of travel in your trip, as detected by our system. You can request that all of your non-expired magic links be resent to your verified email at any time.

You must own the documents you upload, or have the clear consent of the people they concern, before uploading them. This includes any luggage contact information or travel documents belonging to family members or other travel companions included in your trip.

• You may not upload documents you know to be false, altered, or fraudulent.
• You may not upload another person's identification or travel documents without their authorization.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information and luggage contact details you provide.

The trip summary, luggage labels, and AI Trip Info Review are provided for your convenience and information only. They are not legal, immigration, or travel advice, and they do not replace checking your own documents against your airline's, embassy's, or destination country's actual requirements. You remain solely responsible for verifying your travel documents before you travel.

Each trip costs a flat fee of $5, processed by our payment provider, Paddle. If you need to add extra files to an already-paid trip, an additional $3 add-on fee applies and will re-trigger analysis of your trip.

Your payment link is valid for 24 hours. If payment is not completed within that window, your uploaded session data is deleted and you will need to start a new trip.

We want you to be happy with your trip deliverables. If you are not satisfied with the luggage labels, trip summary, or AI Trip Info Review you receive, you may request a full refund within [e.g., 14 days] of receiving your deliverables by contacting us at [support email]. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Paddle within [e.g., 5–10 business days].

If a document you upload is flagged as unreadable or unusable, you may re-upload it up to 3 times. If it still cannot be processed after the third attempt, we will let you know your trip cannot be completed, and you will not be charged for that trip.

Thirty days after your trip's last travel date, we email you a zipped copy of your trip data, and your magic link and stored files are permanently deleted 5 days after that (35 days total). See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is stored and processed.

You agree not to use LabelMyTrip to:

• Upload fraudulent, forged, or unlawfully obtained documents.
• Attempt to access another user's trip, magic link, or data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service, including through automated scraping or excessive requests.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

You retain ownership of the documents you upload. LabelMyTrip and its owners retain ownership of the Service itself, including its software, design, and branding. Your paid deliverables (the PDFs generated for your trip) are yours to keep and use for your personal travel purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LabelMyTrip and its owners, founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including, without limitation, missed flights, denied boarding, financial loss, or travel disruption of any kind — arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any AI-generated deliverable.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the total liability of LabelMyTrip and its owners for any claim relating to a trip is limited to the amount you actually paid for that trip.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LabelMyTrip and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from documents you upload, your misuse of the Service, or your unauthorized upload of another person's data.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction, e.g., the Arab Republic of Egypt], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [jurisdiction].

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

LabelMyTrip is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian use the Service on your behalf.
